We bought a small (480 sqm) to renovate a small house with no basement and sell them. It has a bedroom, living room and a very small kitchen and bathroom even smaller. The terrain is great, so I dug a hole to the Foundation and have decided to move to the forefront of the new foundation. Thus the basement 2 bedrooms, bathroom, laundry room and main floor is open, a large living room. Ok ... Here is the question ... Do you want a bath and main floor outside the kitchen or taking out of the tub (which is only an old bathtub 4 feet long) and maintains a bathroom upstairs and keep the small kitchen? I believe that most kitchen and bathroom without my husband thinks differently. Please tell me your opinion.
