Soft Soles How Do I Keep The Soles Of My Feet Soft?

How do i keep the soles of my feet soft? - soft soles

Im on my feet for my work, sometimes 6 days a week. Is there somthing or can I use a lotion to your feet are too heavy to be? It hurts too much, can solve this problem? THX
